Easy chicken absolutely delicious.


1.   Mix all the marinade ingredients and coat chicken evenly in them

2.   Let it sit for at least 30 mins

3.   After 30 mins heat oil in the griddle and place the strips on the pan, cooking for 6-8 mins on each side or until thoroughly cooked

4.   You can also deep/shallow fry the chicken however you wish

5.   For sauce heat oil in a skillet, add cashews, garlic, red chili flakes and let it splutter

6.   Add the rest of the ingredients, saute and simmer for 3-4 mins

7.   Add in the cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly the strips in the sauce

8.   Cover and simmer for 5 mins more to help chicken absorb the sauce

9.   Take it off the heat and serve it after garnishing!

  • 350gms cut into 3-4 inch strips Boneless chicken
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Corn Flour
  • for frying Oil
  • 3 cloves, crushed Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • crushed into small pieces 4 tbsp Cashews
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • for Garnishing Sesame seeds
  • for Garnishing Greens of Spring Onion
