Hey guys! Todays recipe is throw in all the veggies gallete!

The flakey crust takes hardly 5 mins to prepare... And using all the veggies lying in the fridge is an upside we cant ignore, all in one to make a delicious treat!

Heres the recipe!    



1.  In a food processor, churn together butter, flour and salt till butter breaks into pea sized pieces

2.  Add in the curd and water and churn till it forms dough

3.  Alternatively this can be done using a fork or dough cutter

4.  Wrap the dough in a cling film and refrigerate for 15 mins


1.  In a pan heat oil and add onions and garlic

2.  When translucent add the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 mins

3.  Add in the rest of vegetables and the spices and cover and cook for 3-4 mins

4.  Take out the filling in a bowl and let it cool down


1.  Roll out the dough to make a rough rectangle shape

2.  Spread pizza sauce leaving and inch of border around the sides

3.  Spread the cooled filling and cottage cheese on the top

4.  Close the ends roughly

5.  Brush the folded edges with egg wash / milk

6.  Sprinkle some flax seeds and sesame seeds

7.  Bake in a preheated oven @200 c for 25 mins or till golden around the edges

Serve warm!    


  Ingredient List

  • 200 gm All purpose flour
  • 100 gms, cold and cubed Butter
  • A pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tbsp ice cold Water
  • ¼ cup finely sliced, for Filling Onions
  • 2 cloves crushed Garlic
  • 1 TSP Oil
  • 1/4 cup Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Carrots
  • 1/4 cup Corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup Bell Peppers
  • 2 TSP Oregano
  • 2 TSP Rosemary
  • ½ TSP Chilli powder
  • ½ TSP Cumin powder
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 4-5 cubes of grilled Cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • for brushing Milk
  • for garnish Sesame seeds
