Mc Donald’s Spicy Paneer Wrap

recipe full detail

 Total time:00:45

The only thing I like to have at McDonalds 😜 Spicy Paneer Wrap!

The patty is crunchy and spicy and with a hint of chipotle it makes one of the best wraps!

Heres the recipe:

1.  Rub salt on paneer pieces on both the sides and keep on a kitchen towel to absorb all the water it leaks, rest for 30 mins

2.  Mix all ingredients to make dry mix, slurry (slightly thick, so that it coats the pieces well), and outer coat

3.  After 30 mins coat the paneer pieces first in the dry mix, then the slurry and lastly the crumb mix

4.  Make sure the all the three coats and even and the paneer patty is fully coated in them

5.  Heat oil in a pan and put the paneer cubes on it, cook on both sides for 5 mins, or until golden on both sides on a medium flame

1.  Take the tortilla and spread the chipotle over it in the centre

2.  Put the veggies and top it off with one patty cut into 2 pieces (one patty for each tortilla)

3.  Close to make a wrap and secure with a toothpick

4.  Lightly oil a griddle and heat it

5.  Place both the wraps on the pan and cook on sides for 3-4 mins

6.  Serve warm
