Bored of having eggs the same old way!? Here's how to make them exciting!

Stuffed omelette!

It's easy and quick and can be modified according to your liking!
Here's how to do it


1.  Heat oil in a pan and add onion and garlic, saute till translucent then add all the vegetables, salt and chilli powder and cook for 2-3 mins

2.  In a separate pan, brush oil and heat

3.  Whisk eggs and salt and pepper for a few seconds

4.  Pour it into the pan and cook on one for side for a minute

5.  Cover for 2 minutes and cook till the omelette is cooked on the top

6.  Add the filling in half of the omelette, add cheese and mayo and ketchup and cover with the other half of the omelette and cook on low flame for 2 mins or till cheese is all melted

7.  Serve warm!

  Ingredient List

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 small chopped finely Onion
  • 2 cloves crushed Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Carrots
  • 1/8 cup Mushroom
  • 1/4 cup Green peppers
  • 2 tbsp Olives
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 TSP Red chilli powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for brushing the pan Oil
  • 1 tbsp grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 TSP Ketchup
