  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 5-6 Green cardamom
  • 5-6 Cloves
  • 2 medium sized , finely chopped Onion
  • 1.5 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1.5 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Green chilly paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • roasted and crushed to powder- 1.5 tsp Kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp Cashew nut and poppy seed paste
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 1 kg Chicken
  • FOR MARINATION: 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Onion paste
  • 1 tbsp Green chilly paste
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Gandharaj lebur rosh
  • to taste Salt
  • FOR GRAVY: 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 5-6 Cloves
  • 5 Green Cardamom
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Onion paste
  • 1 tbsp Green chilly paste
  • 1 tsp Jeera powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tbsp Gandharaj lebur rosh
  • 1 tbsp Gandharaj lebu pata
