Presenting healthy and tasty Stir Fried Vegetables

 

Steps:-


1. In medium bowl, add all the veggies and seasonings together.

2. Give a good mix so that everything gets incorporated.
3. Add the veggies in a grill pan and saute the veggies for about 12-15 mins or until golden brown with good grilled texture on veggies.
4. To serve, top the stir fried veggies with sliced green onions and your favourite sauce.

  • 2 cups Brocolli
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp minced Garlic
  • 1 cup diced Zucchini
  • 1 cup diced Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Beans
  • 1/2 cup boiled Pasta
  • 1/2 cup Tofu
  • 1/4 cup Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • for topping Green onions
