Paneer and Mushroom in Peanut Butter

10 minutes Super healthy & creamy dish. No cutting onions or tomatoes, just an easy Weekday lunch or dinner.


Step 1- In a bowl take about 500 ml vegetable stock ( 1 cube) add 2-3 tbs of peanut butter ( prefer smooth texture and unsweetened), add 1 tbs soya sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce ( optional), blend 5 cloves of garlic and 3 green chillies and add to the mix, salt to taste, chilli flakes.

Whisk and mix well.

Step 2- In a pan take 2 tbs of oil, add chopped mushrooms and saute till cooked then add the prepared gravy, add diced paneer, bring to a boil.

Add chopped spring onion and close flame.

Serve with rice.
