Baked Egg Shakshuka

A great tasting dish to make your Sunday brunches amazing. Healthy, easy to make and loved by all.


Step 1- pressure cook 1 cup of kidney beans and keep aside.

Step 2- In a pan take 2 tbs of oil, add 1 chopped onion, 6 cloves of garlic chopped and saute it.

Step 3- Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 4 tbs of tomato puree. Add 1 tbs kashmiri chilli, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 2 green chillies, salt to taste. Mix well and let it cook.

Step 4- add cooked kidney beans and mix well. Make small holes and break open 6 eggs.Sprinkle salt and pepper. Top it with grated mozrella cheese. 
Step 5- now take pan off flame. in a preheated oven, bake it in the pan for about 10 mins ( till eggs cooked) speinkle coriander leaves and serve with some grilled bread.
