 Your Anytime Quick Egg Recipe.

Steps:-


Step 1- boil 6 eggs. Grate 4 of them and slice the other 2 and keep aside. Also boil half a cup peas. 
Step 2- dry roast 5 peppercons, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 3 cloves, 1 small cinnamon stick. Add some water and blend to a fine paste.

Step 3: in a blender take 1 onion, 1 tomato, 3 garlic cloves, and make a fine paste.

Step 4: In a pan add 3 tbs oil. Fry onion tomato paste. When the raw smell goes, add spice paste, cook till oil separates. Add I cup of water, bring to a boil. Add grated egg, green peas and salt.

Serve with sliced eggs, sliced onion, lemon, and chillies with rice or roti.
