Creamy Pepper Chicken

Not the best picture but it was so tempting that I couldn't wait



1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, pepper and salt.

2. Fry chicken and set it aside. Heat ghee and add bay leaves, cloves and cumin seeds. Add chopped onions and let them caramelize. Add julienned ginger, slit green chilies and pepper powder. 
3. Add yogurt and cook till the oil releases. Add the fried chicken. Cover and cook. Add cream and serve hot!

  • 3, pieces Boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Bay Leaves
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 medium chopped Onions
  • 1/2 inch julienned Ginger
  • 3 lit Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
