Caution: This is not a healthy recipe by any means! But once in a while toh chalta h



1. Heat oil and add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and bay leaves. Add finely chopped onions to this and cook on low flame till the onions turn golden brown.

2. Add ginger garlic paste, slit green chilies. Cook till the raw smell disappears. Add red chili, turmeric and coriander powders. Add creamy-yogurt to this. Cook on low flame till oil starts oozing out.

3. Add the chicken pieces. Sprinkle some garam masala powder and salt. Cover and cook on low flame.

4. Add cashew nuts paste. Top with cashews and raisins toasted in ghee before serving.

  • 1 large chopped Onions
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3-4 slit Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2, sliced Chicken Breast
  • 8-10 grinded Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • to taste Salt
