Unleash you inner-chef this Sunday with this easy to make restaurant style Oriental Soup.


1) In a pan heat vegetable oil, add garlic, ginger, carrots, onion, celery and sautée
2) Add bell peppers, broccoli, mushroom, cabbage and sauté on high flame
3) Add water and break the magic cube into the water
4) In a small bowl mix corn flour, green chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar with 1 tbsp of water
5) Add the mixture to the boiling water stirring it nicely
6) Add fried noodles and chilli oil before serving
7) Enjoy!

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3-4 minced Garlic
  • 2 inch chopped Ginger
  • 1/4 cup chopped Carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp , chopped Celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped Brocolli
  • 1/4 cup chopped Cabbage
  • 2-3 glass Water
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Green chilly sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Siracha Sauce
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Fried noodles
  • 1 tbsp Chilli oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped Mushroom
  • to taste Salt
