Egg Drop Soup

Put to boil vegetable or chicken stock, add sliced mushrooms, onions and carrot. Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper. Break in an egg and stir continuously. Ready. Garnish with butter and coriander leaves.


MIX VEG NOODLES : Take a bowl of mix veggies and tofu or paneer. Sort in a pan for 3-4 mins. Add table spoon of soya sauce and chilli sauce. Stir in cooked wheat noodles. Ready to serve.

  • 1 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Carrot
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp, for garnishing Butter
  • for garnishing Coriander leaves
