When I crave for Chinese food.

I don't know if I can call this a Chinese dish. I kind of used all the ingredients that typically go in similar dishes.


1. Heat sesame oil in a wok and cook chicken cubes in it. Keep them aside.

2. Heat sesame oil and add thin slices of ginger and crushed garlic. Sauté for a minute. Add cut red chilies.

3. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hot chili sauce and little sugar in a bowl. Pour this to the wok. Add the cooked chicken pieces, bok choi and few spoons of water mixed with cornstarch. Let the gravy thicken and add sesame seeds.

  • 2 cups Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 inch, grated Ginger
  • 3-4 cloves crushed Garlic
  • 2 Red chillies
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
