Mushroom Kadai couldbe served along side any other Paneer or Chicken Gravy dish for the company!

This is a very healthy dish as mushrooms have high water content in them.


In a pan take 2 table spoon of coconut oil, add 1tsp cumin, 2 chopped onion, 2 tomato puree, 10-curry leaves, 1tsp black pepper, 1tbs coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 3-4 green chillies finely chopped. When gravy gets cooked, Add chopped mushrooms and cook till gravy thickens and mushrooms are nicely cooked. Enjoy it with cumin rice or roti.

  • 250 gms , chopped Mushroom
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil

  • 2 pureed Tomato
  • 10 Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
