Thai Basil Chicken

Ready in no time, Super tasty and healthy. This Thai chicken is healthy and is a perfect combination with rice.


Step 1- Take 250gms chicken thighs ( preferred but u can use breasts too) and cut them into small pieces.

Step 2- In a bowl take 250 ml warm water add 1 chicken stock cube get it dissolved. Add 1.5 tbs of oyster sauce, 1 tbs of soya sauce ( you may add fish sauce too) and make a slurry.

Step 3- in a pan take 2 tbs of oil, add 2 tbs of chopped garlic, saute it for a minute, add chopped chicken and cook for 3-4 mins, then add the slurry, add 5 chopped chillies ( red & green mixed), cook till chicken is almost done. Add 1/2 cup chopped basil leaves, cook for a minute more. Adjust seasoning ( add salt and sugar). Serve with steamed rice.
